TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF OUR ESTABLISHMENT As of March 15, 2020

Please note that the Polar Bear’s Club ceases operations for an indefinite period at the request of government authorities. Everyone’s contribution is essential in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.

This closure is temporary and it is the best decision for the well-being of our customers and employees.

We will continue to closely monitor developments and indications from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as well as from provincial authorities. We will update this page as soon as there are new updates.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are facilities, treatments and massages available?

As of March 15, and as requested by government officials, we are suspending all activities until further notice.

Will your cancellation policy be changed?

It is possible to postpone your treatments and massages to a later date. If you prefer, it is also possible to cancel your reservations free of charge during the temporary closure of our facilities. For customers who have reserved a treatment or massage BEFORE March 22, do not worry, an agent of our customer service will contact you to proceed with the cancellation of your reservation.

Can a gift card be reimbursed?

Our gift cards have no expiration date. You can therefore use them as soon as our facilities reopen.

What happens if I have a Polar Bear’s Club membership?

The membership period will be extended for a period equivalent to the duration of the closure.
